The task
This new development in the Sonnwendviertel will only be ready for occupancy at the beginning of next year, but the property developer brought forward the fitting out of the show apartment in order to be able to present it staged by early September. The important thing here was to show the room functions in smaller rooms.
The solution
The existing kitchen was - as always with WOHNFEE - stocked with accessories and a Nespresso machine so that the prospective buyers can enjoy a cup of coffee. The entire apartment was staged individually in coordination with the client - with a great chandelier in the living area. This way, the prospective buyers already get a real sense of home - despite the scaffolding! Another important point was the staging of a small home office area, which fits well in a niche between the living room and the bedroom.
The result
With our photographer's images, marketing started the very next day.
