High-quality new-build show apartment

We were allowed to stage this special show apartment with partly 4 m ceiling height for a property developer. Since the construction site was still in full swing and the "normal" access via the staircase was not yet possible on this day, the furniture had to be hoisted over a parapet into the first floor – that works too, with many helping hands!

Another special feature was the smart home solution, which required high-quality, dimmable lighting.

As you can see, the extra effort was worth it – special lamps bring a particularly beautiful mood into the rooms. Here, too, the bedroom offers enough space for a home office.

In the marketing images, our photographer even retouched away the scaffolding – so our customer is of course one step ahead when advertising.

Shortly after the staging, we learned that the show apartment was the first to be sold!

Until handover, however, our furniture, lamps and accessories remain there. After all, when collecting them, we at least want to use the "normal" staircase this time.
