Living in a house or an apartment differs significantly from marketing it.
On the one hand, it is the often very individual interior, and on the other hand, the lack of atmosphere in completely empty properties that turn out to be a hurdle when selling or renting.

The process – in six steps
From the first viewing to collection: we take care of everything.

Initial contact and viewing
You send us the floor plan of the property, some photos and the address. After an initial personal conversation, we view the property, take photographs and provide a first cost estimate.

Detailed offer
The type and size of the property as well as the target group determine the scope of sensible HOME STAGING measures. You will receive a detailed offer from us with a cost overview and a possible staging date.

Execution
in just 1 dayAfter you commission us, we organise all the necessary preparatory work and stage the entire property with the whole team in just one day. The professional photographs – or an individual video if you like – are ready for marketing the very next day.

The quality of our stagings
80 – 150 piecesWe pay attention to the high quality of our stagings and repeatedly surprise our customers with different productions. Every property is furnished with an individual mix of real furniture, carpets and accessories that naturally suits the target group! On average we deliver 80 to 150 pieces. Every light outlet is fitted with lamps. Cardboard furniture is only found in the kitchen with us!

Marketing period
min. 2 months“Will you collect the furniture right after the photos?”
The furniture, accessories and lighting remain in the property for the entire marketing period – at least 2 months. This is also the advantage of a real HOME STAGING compared to virtual staging, where the prospective buyer sees beautiful pictures but the viewing takes place in an empty property.

After the sale / after the rental
Once a buyer or tenant has been found, a single phone call is all it takes and all furniture, lamps and accessories will be dismantled and collected again.

As a rule, the cost of a home staging including all rental furniture and accessories amounts to 1 – 2 % of the sale price – depending on location, standard and condition of the property.
