The task
The property developer commissioned WOHNFEE to stage a high-quality top-floor maisonette in Vienna in such a way that the future tenant immediately feels at home in it. If needed, the furniture can also be rented along.
The solution
This owner-occupied apartment, ready for first occupancy, is located in a beautiful spot in a green suburb of Vienna - and of course also has a terrace and a roof terrace above it. In addition to the bedroom, there is a youth or guest room as well as a study on the first level - above that lies the living area with kitchen and access to the terraces. The colour concept of the furnishing is simple and elegant - livened up with fresh mint green.
