The WOHNFEE team
Since 2011 we have been staging properties – location-independent and flexible thanks to our own transport service, with a passion for interior design, lots of experience and an eye for detail.

Paola Moreira
takes over WOHNFEE and its team from founder Yvonne Werginz as of June 2023, and with it the challenge of continuing to realise exciting projects in the well-known WOHNFEE quality.
Coming to WOHNFEE felt like meeting the right people at the right place at the right time. It is with great joy that I am now part of this experienced team, and I look forward to contributing my creativity here.
– Paola
Born in Brazil and a naturalised Austrian, she also came to Vienna for love in 2004. With a degree in interior architecture (in Brazil), training in textile design and further training in home staging (both in Vienna), she was responsible in recent years for the redesign of the traditional Viennese accommodation "Hostel Ruthensteiner", which was awarded "best hostel in Austria" in 2019 and 2020 and "most popular hostel in Vienna" and was included in the "Five Stars Hostels" list.
Spatial design has always been my great passion. Creating creative rooms with a feel-good atmosphere is fun for me. Home staging, too, thrives on the exciting mix of furniture and different materials and thus brings a special added value for our customers
– Paola
Sandra Berte
… has been part of the WOHNFEE team since autumn 2015 and is mainly responsible for planning and executing stagings as well as redesign projects. Even in challenging Furniture Leasing projects she proves her poise and humour.
What makes my job exciting is the variety. From planning at the desk to preparatory organisation in the warehouse to the finishing touches on staging day, every project is different and inspiring.
– Sandra
The Berlin native, who came to Vienna for love via Hamburg, is a passionate member of the WOHNFEE team. As a trained master florist, she successfully completed further training in interior design in 2014. She brings a special flair for designing living spaces and plenty of ideas for redesigning properties that have "seen better days".
