The task
This new development in the suburbs impresses with its generous terrace areas – even with a whirlpool. However, since the upmarket target group usually prefers more central locations, the apartment had to be presented particularly well in order to stand out from the flood of property listings.
So WOHNFEE was hired for a staging.
The solution
The two levels were given a clear layout:
the lower area accommodates the guest room and a home office, while the upper floor – with access to the large terraces – contains the bathroom and master bedroom as well as the generous living area with adjoining dining space and open kitchen.
During the viewing, prospective buyers can now also take a seat at the dining table or on the sofa and enjoy the beautiful view over Vienna.
