The task
Here, WOHNFEE was commissioned by the owners to stage a used 3-room apartment in Styria in such a way that a younger target group feels addressed. The staging was to achieve a good effect even with a smaller budget.
The solution
This owner-occupied apartment from the 1980s has been freshly painted and boasts a terrace. Nevertheless, it has somewhat seen better days. Here, WOHNFEE brought a fresher breeze with youthful furniture and accessories. Incidentally, the grey designer sofa is particularly versatile! It consists of 2 parts and can also be placed individually as desired.
The result
And the staging was successful in a short time. The new tenants decided quite quickly on this apartment - because the staging highlighted the advantages of this apartment in the right light and already conveyed a cosy sense of home during the viewing.
