The task
For this special property - which still contained a few pieces of furniture - WOHNFEE was commissioned to stage more of a sense of home for viewings, tailored to the target group. Thus, a noble vintage rug, a matching designer chandelier and, of course, abstract art and elegant accessories were selected to match the pieces of furniture.
The solution
In this single-level penthouse, each room received additional eye-catchers. The living area glows colourfully and the art on the walls matches it perfectly. The lighting makes the room feel even cosier. The room in front of the large bedroom was staged as a dressing area - with a cosy seating nook - and besides the cosy bed and a bench, the bedroom also has an elegant vanity. Even the cool bathroom feels more homely with elegant accessories.
The result
Of course, selling such an exclusive property takes its time - but in the end, this apartment, too, found a new owner, and the WOHNFEE team is convinced that this partial staging also contributed to it.
