The task
Here, WOHNFEE was commissioned by the marketing agency to stage a show apartment in this new residential tower in Vienna, in order to give prospective buyers a good insight into how cosy it can be to live here later, at the open house.
The solution
In this apartment on the 29th floor - with glass balcony railings - the unobstructed view is a dream, but the staging should also show how much more homely the rooms appear when you are not just standing in the empty room and do not even dare to look down from this height, but can enjoy the view as if you "almost already lived here"!
The result
Here, you can now sit on the sofa and enjoy the far-reaching view over Vienna - or look up at the sky from the desk in the home office. The kitchen - admittedly only a dummy here - shows the generous amount of space available - including an island. It was a successful open house!
