The task
What these beautiful but empty rooms were missing was emotion. On the ground floor, a special conservatory adjoined the spacious kitchen.
The solution
Here, we supplemented our staging with large plants (and the estate agent also took care of watering during the marketing period).
Another special feature was the generous roof space with a cosy clay wall and shady terrace. Here, the functions of "chilling" and "home office" were showcased.
In addition to the beautiful photos, our photographer also shot a video - even including a drone flight over the garden.
The result
The villa found a new owner after only 2 months and we were allowed - unfortunately in great summer heat - to collect our furniture, lamps, accessories and plants again. But such a success makes us especially happy, and the "sweaty tour" has long been forgotten.
