The task
This residential complex in Vienna sets new standards. A car-free access with green spaces and a perfect connection to the underground and supermarkets etc. attracts mainly a young audience. The building itself is not a grey concrete block, but is reminiscent of the former brick buildings. Here, the staging should be trendy and urban.
The solution
In the lower floor, after the spacious entrance area, there is enough space for kitchen, living and dining - of course with access to the terrace with a small city garden. On the upper floor, besides the bedroom and bathroom, there is a home office that also offers space for guests.
The special feature here were the floor-to-ceiling windows - in the empty state, the view fell on the large neighbouring buildings. The furnished apartment not only makes the rooms more generous, but also directs the gaze to the interior of the apartment - just as it will be later when living there.
The result
Several units of this type of rental apartment had to be marketed - and our home staging made that significantly faster.
