The task
This dream 250-square-metre period apartment in the university quarter was extensively renovated and is waiting for a worthy tenant. So WOHNFEE was called in to breathe life into the stately rooms and to additionally stage the special sight lines through the generous double doors....
The solution
This staging was completed in 2 days. After the spacious entrance hall, you look into a very special home office - and through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the Viennese Votive Church. Every room was fitted with special chandeliers from the Bakalowits company - plus modern, simple interior. Our personal highlight is the sun-flooded living/dining room with a round bay window and a balcony overlooking the garden.
The result
There was a single viewing and the desired tenant was found. He fell in love with this wonderful ambience just as we did.
