Staging of a renovated 1960s property

Even in an older residential complex with an unattractive entrance, good staging significantly contributes to a quick sale.

The task

After renovating this apartment from the 1960s, the sellers - on the recommendation of their friends, who are already WOHNFEE customers - obtained a staging offer. The question was: does staging help, even though access to the apartment in a large residential complex is already a challenge? Lots of concrete in the courtyard, dark corridors and a very idiosyncratic corridor layout of the neighbours are often a hurdle for prospective buyers....

The solution

Especially for properties that have "seen better days", good staging helps immensely! Because great photos of cosily staged rooms attract far more prospective buyers - and when they then come to view the property, what stays in their memory is not the view from an empty room into the neighbours' window, but many good ideas for their future home!

The result

The sellers were already thrilled at the handover of the apartment - and with the great photos, the apartment was sold within two weeks at the desired price.
