Task
An estate agent with passion – a loyal WOHNFEE customer of many years – invited us into a very special property this time: a cool loft in black is to be staged more vividly for the sale.
The solution
Such challenges are still something very special for us - even after 10 years. We would love to move in here ourselves, so the concept was quickly created: we take up the black and complement it with cool pieces - and with colour! Just as important was adding a warmer, feminine note.
From the long entrance hall, you already look into the further rooms - here, accents were set with small furniture and a rug. The gaze wanders on anyway .....
In the large dining area vis-à-vis the kitchen, designer chairs find their place at a round table and break up the "walkway". There is much to discover here. Whether cool metal furniture, florals or even a ladder as a magazine holder.
Our highlight is the living area - raised by a few steps - with a cool metal and glass stove. You would love to light it right away. And we made the colour green the star of the room. The bedroom, behind the sliding door, has gained particularly in cosiness - even a small vanity found its place.
In the bathroom, it becomes all black and cool again (lightened up by the vertical moss wall near the balcony door - but on the way back, the gaze falls once more on a very special apartment filled with life.
The result
The estate agent was very pleased with the "revitalisation" of the cool loft and we are already curious to see who will move into this special property!
