The task
Especially with small rental apartments, good staging can be very helpful.
Here, the challenge was to visually separate the entrance area somewhat from the living/dining room without making the apartment appear smaller.
The solution
And as if by miracle, this small apartment appears more spacious with furniture. Additionally, we placed a counter at the kitchen as a visual separation - this can symbolise a future kitchen island.
This apartment floor plan is, of course, available on every floor of the new development - so the agent can first show the empty and then the staged apartment.
The result
The big plus of these residential units is the outdoor areas - here you can sit down during the viewing and enjoy the view you will have later. According to the estate agent, these units were rented much faster after the staging.
