Task
WOHNFEE was called in for this project right at the beginning of the construction phase. The home staging concept was to serve directly as the template for the visualisations in the sales documents. So this time, more extensive and very precise advance planning was required, so that half a year later the staged apartment would also match the visualisation.
The solution
In total, 48 rental apartments were built in four properties, which blend optimally into the existing landscape. At the "construction site party" in winter, a small show apartment of around 60m² was already finished and staged, and for the opening of the complex in May, the staging of a unit of approx. 90m² in the roof followed.
More about the project
The approximately 13,000m² complex is situated in a pleasant green location and is excellently connected to the infrastructure of Mödling as well as to Vienna. Amenities such as an outdoor pool, wellness and fitness facilities, common room and a generational park make living in the GARTENPARK extremely comfortable. In addition, tenants have access to a professional concierge service and many other IG services.
The result
Within the first six months, 44 apartments were rented by IG Immobilien.
