Renovated 2-room owner-occupied flat

Here, a private client approached us who renovated a 2-room apartment from the 1960s for sale.

The viewing already took place during the construction phase, and the day after the renovation was completed, the WOHNFEE team arrived.

The handover took place as always on the same day - after our photographer had finished his work.

As you can see in the pictures, we even found room for a small "home office" in the bedroom - another advantage of the perfectly renovated apartment.

After not even 2 weeks, the seller called us to say that he could have sold the apartment several times - a veritable "bidding war" took place. He was thrilled with the particularly lively WOHNFEE staging - and we were just as thrilled with such perfect cooperation!
