The task

A property developer – already a WOHNFEE customer in past years - once again called the WOHNFEENs into action in the green Styrian countryside. A special residential property had been standing empty here for quite some time, and we were allowed to present our ideas.

According to our concept, a commission quickly followed and just about 10 days later the staging took place. The entire WOHNFEE team, along with haulage contractors and craftsmen, moved in – because around 180 square metres as well as outdoor areas had to be fitted out with furniture, rugs and accessories, and over 20 light outlets were waiting for beautiful lighting.

The solution

The huge living room, with a ceiling height of 4.30 m, felt quite uncomfortable when empty. Our first gaze fell on the two great terraces on each side - one with a view of a stork's nest with its family, one overlooking the beautiful landscape of southern Styria. But how can the room be staged inside and divided into cosy zones?

Coloured accents - beautiful mustard yellow and blue tones - mix with natural tones, noble black and also wooden elements to form a special whole.
The very spacious kitchen was stocked with our new dummy kitchen - here everything immediately appears more structured and the customer can grasp the large space much better.

When the client came for the handover, her first comment was: "I have goosebumps"!
In our almost 10 years of staging, we have never heard that before.

The result

And the joy was even greater at a phone call after only one week: the penthouse was sold.

It continued into the neighbouring apartment - where a similarly large area was waiting for the WOHNFEEn once again - and this one, too, found a new owner after a few weeks.
