Our task was to transform the agency's meeting room into a cosy "Erste Wohnmesse" studio for a trade fair weekend, where the interviewers and interviewees would feel at ease and this homely atmosphere would also be conveyed to the digital visitors of the "Immo Talks".
This fair was once again a complete success. 2,810 tickets were booked. On the day of the fair, 1,020 people (so-called "single visitors") showed up, many of whom visited the fair several times a day, so that around 2,350 visitors could be counted.
Thus, the organisers could count an average of 527 visitors per stand – that is an increase of 44% compared to the previous year - which one can hardly achieve at a real trade fair ;) – and the Immo Talks in the WOHNFEE living room reached 3,660 visitors – a proud increase of 240% compared to the previous year. There were 82,500 interactions and, evaluating the digital advertising as a whole, there were 7,800,000 impressions. For us as non-insiders of the digital advertising world, it was also a big surprise how well measurable these visits are and how well these contacts can be followed up on later.
On Monday - after the fair weekend - the agency living room was transformed back into the meeting room. A somewhat different staging assignment for the WOHNFEEs – with new insights into the digital advertising world.
